ABOUT PROMENTORS PROJECT
This is an Erasmus+ three year project that aims to expand the successful MIT models (Multiplayer Induction Team) that was developed in the PROTEACH ERASMUS+ project. The MIT models will serve as a basis for a new model of training for mentors that is carried out by teacher-training academic colleges in Israel.

Tom is a Senior Lecturer in Education at the Graduate School of Education, University of Exeter. He is Programme Director for the Secondary PGCE programme and Subject Leader for Secondary PGCE Mathematics.

Dr. Maha Arslan
Dr. Maha Arslan
Dr. Maha Arslan has a PhD in special education from the University of Haifa. Her research field is the parenting style of individuals with children with disabilities and the future orientation of adolescents. She works in different positions at The Academic College of Sakhnin such as: a lecturer in special education and a pedagogical supervisor in special education department, final projects supervisor for M.Ed. students in learning disabilities and coordinator of inclusion.

Malka, has a M.A. in Mentoring Teachers from Haifa University. She is a pedagogical advisor and a member of the academic teaching faculty of the English Department at Gordon Academic College of Education. In addition, Malka is a leading pedagogical advisor in the special Academic Peer program (Amit Academia) at Gordon College.

Anat Kessler is head of the internship program at Kaye College Induction Unit. She is a facilitator of internship courses, and a pedagogical instructor at the special education training program. She is also a doctoral student at Ben Gurion University of the Negev.

Bosmat Bar-Nadav
Bosmat Bar-Nadav
A lecturer at Kaye Academic College of Education. Program evaluator at the research and evaluation authority and at Kaye Induction Unit. Bar-Nadav evaluates the PROMENTOR program at Kaye College. She is also a doctoral student at Ben Gurion University of the Negev.

Marsha Hachmon is a lecturer, pedagogical advisor, and internship facilitator at Talpiot College. Research focuses learning communities and Communities of Practice in Practical Training.

Shulamit Fischer (PhD) is a lecturer at Kaye Academic College of Education and in Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Her main interest, in both institutions, is in Social Psychology issues including innovation, group-dynamics and conflict-resolution.

Researcher at John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, specializes in teacher training for pre-school, elementary and primary education. She also conducts research into integral development of children in early childhood.

Sarit Linker (M.Ed) is head of the induction unit at Gordon Academic College of Education. She is a lecturer and pedagogical instructor at the special education training program, and a facilitator of internship courses. Sarit is a doctoral student at the University of Cordoba, Spain.

Ihab is a senior Lecturer, PhD in Clinical and Health Psychology. Coordinator of Mentors and Beginning Teachers at Sakhnin College, where he also serves as a researcher and lecturer in a Special Education Department, Educational Counseling and Learning Disabilities Departments.

Hannu Heikkinen is a professor in education in the Finnish Institute for Educational Research (FIER) located in University of Jyväskylä, Finland.

Haya Kaplan (PhD) is a Senior Lecturer at Kaye Academic College of Education. She is the head of Kaye Induction Unit and the head of the Center for Motivation and Self Determination. She is also the head of the Educational Counseling M.Ed program in the College and manager of the PROMENTOR team at Kaye College.
